Under the influence of the coronavirus, the airline industry has been hit hard. Most airlines announced that they would drastically reduce the flights and air cargo capacity. Over 90% of international flights have been or will be suspended.

Affected by local quarantine and customs clearance policies, the customs in most countries cannot process the clearance in time because of the limited manpower. Customs clearance is inefficient, and goods are stranded at the customs for much longer time than expected.

In the difficult air transportation conditions, we are still trying our best to find reliable airlines for our customers, contact the local customs to shorten clearance time. Please give us some more time.

The majority of our products are "made to order" sometimes known as "print on demand. Print on demand software allows e-commerce businesses to create customized products that are automatically manufactured when a customer purchases an item. With print on demand, there are no minimum order quantities so businesses can only pay for a product after a customer has purchased it, which makes it an ideal solution for small business . Each print on demand product is automatically fulfilled and shipped by our print providers.

We have print partners located in Australia, China, USA, UK and Germany and depending on where you are located, your parcel will be shipped from the closest location to you.

The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately 7 business days; However, it can also be affected by the item's stock status and location.

90% of our products are "Print on Demand" which means its produced when you order it.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some remote areas there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.

If your item has not arrived within 45 days for apparel products and 60 days for home decor products, shoes, boots, luggage covers, car seat covers, hooded blankets and bags after having ordered, contact one of our champs through our Contact Us page and we will do our best to help you!

Please note:

It may take up to 24h for your package to show up in the forwarder’s tracking system.

For International orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there is no further tracking.

We are not responsible for tracking your item once dispatched. We do routinely track recent orders until it is marked delivered, however, we do not always have time to do this. We provide tracking information so you can track your order in your own time.

We are also not responsible for any items where the delivery was attempted but unsuccessful. Delivery must be rearranged or items must be collected as per your delivery service instructions, it is recommended this is done as soon as possible as items will be returned to us if no attempt is made. Any further re-delivery from our studio will be at your own cost.

If an item is returned to us and no contact is made to rearrange dispatch we will not be responsible for providing a refund, items can be resent but only once additional postage costs have been paid. We will contact you directly should an item be returned without us hearing from you first but if we receive no response in a reasonable amount of time we will not be responsible for the items getting back to you.

Returns and Cancelations

When you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification.

After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel it or modify it.

To cancel an order, please provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel as well as your order number.

To modify an order, please include all the details of your order: order number, style, size and color then specify the item you would like to change it for in your email and we’ll do our best to help you!
